Fat Loss Myths Exposed ...
What You Must Know If You're Ever
Going To Lose Pounds & Inches
& Get A Lean Healthy Six Pack ...
When it comes to getting a six pack and shifting belly
fat there are a lot of myths doing the rounds. Many are perpetuated
by the diet and supplement companies, some are just purely due to
misinformation and a lack of understanding.
Problem is, these myths can hold you back and keep
you from making the progress you should. Let’s expose the
5 biggest myths and reveal the facts you MUST KNOW to lose fat and
get a six pack.
Myth #1
: Fat Loss
Supplements Are Miracle Workers.
There are a few supplements that do actually burn fat and help
you see that elusive six pack, however supplement adverts are based
on hype , not fact. NO supplement in existance can burn "15
lbs of Fat a Week".
If there was a magic supplement as powerful as some of the adverts
would have you believe then nobody would be overweight and everybody
would be slim, lean and healthy and we know that isn't the case.
Bottom line, some supplements can be extremely effective if used
correctly, but they can't perform miracles no matter how convincing
the adverts are. Learn which fat loss supplements do work
and which are total junk (most of them sadly)
Myth #2 - Weight
Loss Is The Most Important Measure of Success.
What matters is FAT loss, when you strip off fat you're left with
a sexy, healthy, toned looking body underneath. Weight loss can
come from losing water, lean muscle tissue, and even bone mass,
none of which you want to lose ,but you will on all of the popular
conventional diets. I'll show you how to avoid the worst
dieting mistakes.
Myth #3 : Low
Calorie Diets Work!
Low calorie diets put your body into what is known
as "famine mode". The lower you drop the calories the
more you body holds on to your fat stores.Your body will hold onto
every last pound of fat in preparation for what it believes will
be a future without food.
The less you eat, the more your metabolism slows down. For example
if you only eat 1000 calories a day your body will adjust your metabolic
rate so it's only needs 1000 calories a day to support your daily
energy needs.
So you'll eat less and less but your body needs less and less,
it's a vicious circle unless you know how to trick your body into
releasing fat stores.
I'll show you how to manipulate calories and avoid fat loss plateaus
while retaining the all important muscle tissue you need to have
an efficient fat burning metabolism!
Myth #4- Ab
Rollers, Rockers , Electrical Stimulus Machines & Other Gadgets
Deliver The Results They Promise In The Adverts.
All of them are a colossal waste of money and time and serve no
purpose other than to clutter up your garage or that area under
your bed.
Having coached hundreds of people to a flat stomach and a six
pack (see next page for photos) I can tell you not one of them has
ever used infomercial products to transform their bodies.
The bodies of the sexy looking fitness model advertising the latest
gadget were created with the long term use of a good diet, and the
correct exercise program. They didn't get a great six pack from
rocking back and forth for hours on a plastic roller.
Myth #5 - Low
Fat-Low Carb Diets Are The Best Way To Lose Weight
The right type of fats actually increase fat loss, improve
health, and suppress appetite, fats are vital to consume if you
want to lose weight.
Very low carb diets (VLCD) are extremely awkward to stick to, you
lack energy, you become irritable, the meal options are very limited,
most of the weight you lose is just water loss (carbs store water).
The truth is that, long term they are far LESS effective than knowing
how to manipulate calories and macronutrient's (protein, carbs and
fats) in a manner that coaxes your body into releasing fat whilst
maintaining lean muscle to give you that firm lean healthy look.
I'll explain how to trick your body into releasing fat stores without
trying to live on a low fat, low carb or even a low calorie diet.
Forget the negativity that says you can't do it, you can do it
when you follow a system based on science and fact not hype and
empty promises.
So Now We know What Doesn't Work.
